Our Journey
Our path to PATCH & CO began after significant life changes. With backgrounds in the disability industry and warehousing, we both sought a fresh start and a new purpose. We discovered immense peace and satisfaction in transforming overgrown, neglected spaces into something beautiful – something people could be truly proud of. This journey of transformation led us to create PATCH & CO, driven by a desire to bring that same sense of pride and beauty to your outdoor living areas.

Owner/ Operator
Heidi Young is the owner and operator of PATCH & CO Lawn & Yard Maintenance, a business she co-founded with her wife, Courtney, in late 2023. With a background in education and disability support, Heidi brings patience, attention to detail, and a genuine care for people—and gardens—into everything she does. Together, Heidi and Courtney are passionate about helping the Gold Coast community transform and maintain their outdoor spaces with professionalism, pride, and a personal touch.

Courtney is the co-owner of PATCH & CO Lawn & Yard Maintenance, which she established alongside her wife, Heidi, in late 2023. With a diverse background in warehousing and veterinary nursing, Courtney brings practical skills, hands-on experience, and a love for working with her hands to every project. Her dedication to quality and efficiency ensures that every yard they touch is transformed into a clean, welcoming, and vibrant space for their Gold Coast clients..
